Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (the “Policy”), effective December 2, 2015 describes how Aerospace Communications Holdings Co., Ltd. (“ACH”) collects, uses, and shares personal information that we collect from you as a user of our website (the “Site”). If this Policy changes, we will provide notice on our homepage. We strive to comply with all laws that apply to our handling of information collected about you. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to this Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from this Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy. To the extent the customer uses a device or an application to access the content provided on this Site, this Privacy Policy applies.

1. CHILDREN
UNDER THE AGE OF 13
If you are under 13, do not use any part of the Site unless you are accompanied by your parent or guardian. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us, such as name, email address, street address, phone numbers, fax number, date of birth, photos, videos, gender, age, screen name, and social accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
BETWEEN AGE 13 AND MAJORITY
Before subscribing to any Services to this Site, which may require you to provide information to us to access content, we must receive parental consent that (1) authorizes us to collect information from you, (2) provides your parents with choices as to what and we information we may collect, and (3) allows your parents the option of deleting any information you may provide.

2. INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

5. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
ACH may use your information, and share it with third parties but only to the extent necessary, including personal information, to:

o respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;
o provide and deliver products and services that you request;

INFORMATION WE SHARE
We may share your personal information as follows:
o With your consent. For example, you may let us share your personal information with our partners on a co-branded website, or you may use the Site to connect to our partners’ services or to request information from them. o For the purposes of a business deal (or negotiation of a business deal) involving sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. Business deals may include any merger, financing, acquisition or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.

We may share aggregated and de-identified data with others for any purpose. Note that when you subscribe for Site from this Site, you will be given the opportunity to request that the personal information you provide us will not be shared as indicated in this Privacy Policy. You also have the right to change your disclosure options as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

7. WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION; TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION; RETENTION
Information that we collect may be stored on your phone or stored on our servers and transferred to, stored and processed in China, the United States, and any other country where ACH or its service providers maintain facilities, including jurisdictions that may not have data privacy laws that provide protections equivalent to those provided in your home country. However, we will protect all personal information that we obtain in accordance with this Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our transfer of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. Personal information that we collect may be retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in the “USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION” section above, or for a period of time specifically allowed by applicable regulations or laws.

8. INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES
Our marketing emails will tell you how to “opt out” of receiving further marketing emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts and our business dealings with you, and may include a request that you participate in surveys related to your use of, and satisfaction with, the Site.
